A friend called me if I could play with him on a gig he was booked for. His DJ duo partner couldn’t join him that night. We practiced one evening at home and made some guidelines which genres we would play. It was a nice party, the dancefloor was packed. We played some house, dance and EDM anthems. But also a little bit of urban, moombahton and trap. And a few 90s.
